General Terms and Conditions (GTC) - Silversoul GmbH
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concerning coaching, consulting, workshops, seminars, and similar services between Silversoul GmbH (hereinafter "the Provider") and its clients.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through written or verbal agreement on a service (e.g., appointment booking or acceptance of an offer) between the Provider and the client.
3. Services
The Provider offers coaching, consulting, and educational services for individuals and organizations. The nature, scope, and objectives are defined in a preliminary discussion. No specific economic or personal outcome is guaranteed.
4. Cancellation of Appointments
Agreed appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Prices are based on the current price list or the agreed offer. Payment is made by invoice or as otherwise agreed. Payments are due within 10 days.
6. Special Provisions for Corporate Clients
For contracts with companies, organizations, or institutions, the following additional terms apply:
The Provider may issue a written offer which serves as the basis of the contract. The agreed terms, in particular regarding scope, schedule, location, and participants, are binding for both parties. Any changes or deviations require written consent from both parties. For group events such as workshops, seminars, or keynotes, special cancellation terms apply, as specified individually in the offer.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Provider accepts no liability for any damage arising from participation in coaching, consulting, or events. Clients act on their own responsibility at all times and are fully accountable for their actions during and after sessions. Coaching services are not therapy and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.
8. Confidentiality
All discussions and content are treated confidentially. The Provider is subject to the duty of confidentiality in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Swiss Coaching Association (SCA).
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with legal data protection regulations. The provisions of the separate data privacy policy apply.
10. Copyright
All documents, concepts, and content remain the intellectual property of the Provider. Distribution or use by third parties requires explicit permission.
11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company in Thalwil, Switzerland.
