I discovered my first grey hair at 16. After 25 years of coloring, I chose to embrace my natural hair. Why is that important? Because it marked the beginning of several turning points in my life:

Not hiding anymore - but stepping out of the shadows.
Not chasing beauty ideals - but becoming a role model.
Not accepting clichés - but making diversity visible.
Not staying stuck in dissatisfaction - but truly listening to myself.
Not waiting for the 'perfect' moment - but moving forward with courage.
Not just dreaming anymore - but discovering life.

I work with a holistic coaching approach that embraces body, mind, intuition, and soul. Coaching is not about external advice - it's an invitation to turn inward.

I became a coach because I was searching for more - more meaning, more connection, more clarity. I experienced how empowering it is to truly get to know yourself.

Coaching became the missing puzzle piece for me - and today I support others in finding their own. I offer a space for open dialogue: empathic, individual, present, and rooted in trust.

My approach is integrative and non-judgmental - I support you in gaining new perspectives, navigating change, discovering your potential, and expanding your awareness.

Life transitions - such as Midlife or GoldenAge - can reach deep. They invite us to pause, realign, and consciously shape our lives. This is exactly where my coaching begins.
